A new problem is classified as an issue your chiropractor has not seen you for before. In this session we will take a history and examine the new issue, update your treatment consent and start treating the issue. Subsequent sessions will be charged at the usual Chiropractic Treatment Session price.
Chiropractic Treatment (Returning patient): £55
Returning patient means you have been with us before but your last appointment was more than 2 years ago. During this session we can get back up to speed, update any necessary paperwork and start treating the issue. Subsequent sessions will be charged at the usual Chiropractic Treatment Session price.

Whilst we aim to commence treatment at your initial consultation, this may not be possible for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: complicated medical history, referral needed, further investigation required. If treatment is not provided at the first vistit a reduce fee will be charged.

Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
We understand that occasionally circumstances arise which mean you may need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
To help us offer appointments to other patients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or appointments that are missed without notice, may be subject to a charge of up to the full appointment fee.
We are a family business and will always endeavour to be fair and reasonable where exceptional circumstances apply. Please understand that missed appointments and last-minute cancellations carry big costs to small businesses as that time is effectively lost.
